3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion.
Orders are only confirmed once we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
We may cancel orders where there are pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or other reasonable grounds.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and must be paid in full before dispatch.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription products renew automatically at the frequency selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until cancellation.

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date via your account or by contacting us.
Orders already processed before cancellation will still be fulfilled and charged.

7. Delivery & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
- UK: 2–5 working days
- EU: 5–10 working days
- International: 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7.1 Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect information.
7.2 Missed Deliveries
Failed deliveries may result in additional charges for redelivery or deductions from refunds.
7.3 Lost Parcels
If your order is delayed or lost, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a fair resolution.
7.4 Risk
Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.
8. International Orders

9. Returns & Refunds
9.1 Cooling-Off Period
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods. You then have 14 days to return them.

- Seals must not be broken

Opened supplements or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds are issued after inspection. We may reduce refunds where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary.
9.6 Delivery Costs
Standard delivery may be refunded in cooling-off cases. Premium services are not refundable.
